As founder and Managing Director of Woodbury Capital Partners, Inc., Mr. Quasius directs commercial debt placement and Real Estate Brokerage activities for our clients.



Mr. Quasius also specializes in the financing and acquisition of Net leased investment properties. Prior to founding Woodbury Capital, Mr. Quasius managed the Minneapolis GMAC Commercial Mortgage Office and was also previously employed by institutions including US Bank, FBS Mortgage and ITT Industrial Credit Company. Mr. Quasius is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Minnesota and Wisconsin.



Mr. Quasius received his Bachelor of Business Administration with majors in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and Banking and Corporate Finance at the University of Wisconsin; Madison. Mr. Quasius has three children and lives with his wife and youngest child in Hudson, Wisconsin.
